1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most unopened and unused items within 14 days of the purchase or delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

Final Sale items, gift cards, and personalized products cannot be returned.

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

Note: Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
4. Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
5. In-Store Returns
You can return eligible items directly at our store location. Please bring your receipt or proof of purchase with the item.
